Description
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking quotations for the Scientific Review Evaluation Activity (SREA) program, which includes commercially available conference and meeting support services, overnight lodging accommodations, and audio/visual equipment. The services will be provided for the calendar years 2026 and 2027. The NIH intends to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with vendors whose submissions provide the best value. The ordering period for the BPAs will be valid from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2027.

• Overnight lodging accommodations
• Audio/Visual Equipment and services
• Availability of basic minimum amenities such as continuous coffee service, break service stations, full-service restaurants, and prepackaged or box meals
• Additional amenities such as complimentary continental breakfast, complimentary coffee, and shuttle service may be offered
