USMC 4" CHROME DECALS

The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) is seeking a contractor to produce 470,000 USMC 4" chrome decals. The decals will be used by the US Army/Army Materiel Command. The production process will involve printing, embossing, lamination, die-cutting, and shrink-wrapping. The contractor must submit a bid price, additional rate, and discounts. The delivery of the complete order must be made by April 30, 2026. Key requirements include: • Producing 470,000 decals with a 4" diameter and scalloped rope-border edge • Using 4-mil chrome metalized PET with permanent adhesive and siliconized release liner • Creating embossing plates and laminating the decals with a 0.003 thick clear polyethylene terephthalate • Die-cutting the decals with a kiss-die cut to 4" diameter • Shrink-wrapping the decals in sets of 50 and packing them in uniform quantities in shipping containers • Delivering the decals to the designated point, Staci Americas, 195 Sawmill Drive, Suwanee, GA 30024
