Strainer

The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a strainer, consisting of one unit, in accordance with the specifications outlined in the solicitation. The strainer must meet the requirements of the Naval Shipyard, including material and finish specifications. The vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and must submit a quote that includes price, FOB point, Cage Code, and other required information. The Government intends to make an award without discussions, and the evaluation criteria will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) offer.
