Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a professional services contractor to provide design services for the Housing Unit Shower Upgrade at the Women's Huron Valley Correctional Facility in Ypsilanti, Michigan. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing a complete design based on the approved project/program statement. The contractor must have demonstrated experience in the successful planning and execution of similar projects in full accordance with all applicable Local, State, and Federal regulations.

• Conducting a constructability review and quality control plan
• Submitting a technical proposal and a cost proposal
