Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a contractor to produce a calendar publication, "Pub. 12142-N CMS AIAN 2025-2026 Calendar". The project involves printing 40 text pages and a wrap-around cover, with a total quantity of one planner. The contract is a fixed-price contract with a total value of $17,630.00. The contractor must provide a quote that includes the cost of all materials and operations, as well as separate unit pricing for each additional copy. The project requires the contractor to perform a basic check of the furnished media and publishing files, create/alter necessary trapping, set proper screen angles and screen frequency, and define file output selection for the imaging device being utilized.
• The contractor must submit a quote via Quick Quote, including the cost of all materials and operations.
• The contractor must provide a cost for each additional copy, per 100 or 1,000 copies.
• The contractor must submit a Press Quality PDF soft proof for content only.
• The contractor must ensure that the final output meets the specified quality standards, including a minimum resolution of 2400 x 2400 dpi and a minimum line screen of 175.
• The contractor must pack the calendars to prevent damage in transit and label them accordingly.
