7th and College Street Parking Deck- TRADE PARTNER OUTREACH

The County of Mecklenburg is seeking trade partners for the 7th and College Street Parking Deck project. The project includes demolition of an existing structure and construction of a new 263-space urban precast concrete parking deck with elevators, egress stairwells, emergency generators, fire pump, and approximately 7,000 SF of retail shell space along 7th Street. Streetscape improvements to 7th Street are also included. • The project is divided into several bid packages, including site services, surveying, demolition, and construction. • The prequalification process is required, and interested parties can complete the public prequal packet and continue the process through Compass. • Registration fees may be waived if only using Compass to prequalify with Gilbane. • The project includes various trades, such as concrete, masonry, structural steel, roofing, and electrical work.
