The City of Columbus, Public Utilities Department (Division of Water) is seeking competitive bids for four new back‑hoe trailers to be used by its Water Distribution Maintenance Section. The procurement is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) with a firm‑fixed‑price “one‑time purchase” format. Bidders must demonstrate five‑year experience, provide references from at least four similar contracts, and submit a minimum 24‑month manufacturer’s warranty on each trailer.
