Stevens Field Wall Replacement

The City of Greer is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors to replace a portion of the baseball field wall at Stevens Field. The project includes demolition of the damaged masonry outfield wall, construction of a new masonry outfield wall and foundation, painting, installation of coping cap, relocation of existing foul ball poles, and fine grading to restore the grade to its current topography. Alternate 1 includes additional demolition and replacement of left- and right-field masonry walls and replacement of a chain link vehicular fence. • The project requires a mandatory pre-bid meeting on October 23, 2025. • The project must be completed by February 13, 2026. • The contractor must provide a detailed construction schedule with their bid. • The contractor must have a minimum of five years' experience in providing similar services to communities with comparable projects. • The contractor must include a copy of their General Contractor’s license with their bid. • The contractor must provide a list of three references showing a minimum of five years' experience in providing similar services to communities with comparable projects.
