Description
The State of California, Department of General Services, Division of State Architect (DSA), is seeking a contractor to provide modular furniture and moving services for its Sacramento Regional Office. The services will include assembly or reconfiguration of modular furniture, movement of office furniture, equipment, and related supplies, and installation and securing of office furniture. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to amend the contract to add additional hours/quantities at the rates specified in the contract. The contractor must meet a DVBE participation goal of 3% and provide proof of insurance, including general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive responsible bidder.
• The contractor must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and provide proof of registration.
• The contractor must comply with prevailing wage rates and labor laws.
• The contractor must provide a certificate of insurance and endorsements as required by the contract.
• The contractor must submit a bid package that includes all required attachments and documents.
