GRCA River Logistics IDIQ

The National Park Service (NPS) is seeking to award up to three firm-fixed-price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for River Logistics support services at Grand Canyon National Park (GRCA). The services include providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to support NPS mission-driven work conducted by NPS staff, volunteers, or others identified at the Task Order level. The contract will serve as a tool for conducting administrative work and administrative river missions along the Colorado River corridor within GRCA. • The contract is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. • The NAICS code for this acquisition is 483212. • The small business size standard is 550 employees. • The contract has a minimum value of $2,500 and a maximum value of $760,000. • The contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform the services. • The contractor must have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). • The contractor must submit a quote, which must include a completed price schedule, past performance questionnaires, and resumes for key personnel.
