Description
The City of Cleveland is seeking a contractor to provide mobile on‑site cleaning of its street‑sweeper fleet. The contractor must supply a two‑person crew, all cleaning equipment, chemicals, reverse‑osmosis water, and a complete wastewater recovery system, and must coordinate service appointments with the Division of Streets on an as‑needed basis. The contract is capped at $49,999.99 and will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• Mobile washing of street‑sweeper trucks, including cab, chassis, hopper, brooms, hydraulic components, wheels, and lights.
• All‑inclusive hourly rate covering labor, travel, equipment, cleaning agents, reverse‑osmosis water, and wastewater disposal in compliance with environmental regulations.
• Services performed at various City‑designated locations; scheduling coordinated with the Division of Streets; no fixed service dates.
