Furniture and Furnishings Rabun County Middle School Office Furniture

The Rabun County Board of Education is seeking proposals for the provision of furniture and furnishings for the Rabun County Middle School office. The selected contractor will be required to provide office furniture, including desks, chairs, and bookcases, as well as installation and setup services. The contract will be awarded based on a competitive negotiation process, with price being one of the evaluation factors. The project is expected to be completed by July 30, 2026. Key requirements include: • Lifetime warranty on all furniture • Compliance with Section 102 of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) • Inside delivery and installation of furniture • Coordination with the general contractor • Prices that include delivery, installation, set-up, and placement of furniture • Assistance with design/placement of furniture into classrooms if needed • Protection of school property during installation • Removal of all cartons and debris resulting from installation
