17--Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The U.S. Department of the Interior, Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate is issuing a Notice of Intent to Sole Source a firm-fixed-price acquisition with Bering Global Solutions, LLC for the procurement of three Aircraft Lavatory Service Trucks (LSTs). The LSTs must be designed, fabricated, assembled, and delivered in accordance with Commercial Item Description (CID) A-A-59960C and conform to the test article that was fabricated, tested, approved, and accepted by the Government in 2021. The acquisition is for a 36-month base period.
