Description
The State of California, through the Department of Industrial Relations and administered by the Department of General Services, is seeking owners or authorized agents to lease approximately 2,456 net usable square feet (NUSF) of office space in El Centro, Imperial County, together with nine (9) non‑exclusive parking spaces. The property must be asbestos‑free, meet seismic, ADA, Title 24, and DVBE requirements, be close to public transportation, and preferably have LEED or Energy Star certification where cost‑effective. Responses must include the property address, site map, and project number (15828) and be submitted by the stated deadline.
