Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The U.S. Department of Energy, Office of Fossil Energy (FE) plans to issue a purchase order to the Global Carbon Capture and Storage Institute (GCCSI) for membership. GCCSI aims to accelerate the development, demonstration, and deployment of carbon capture and storage (CCS) globally. The Government intends to award a sole source purchase order to GCCSI through December 31, 2025. • The award will be issued via other than full and open competition, as only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. • Interested parties may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency no later than 15 days from the posting date. • The written response must include a general statement for services indicated in this announcement and past performance client information for a similar product.
