Description
Missoula County is seeking a licensed Montana architectural firm to develop a Preliminary Architectural Report (PAR) for the Seeley Lake Elementary School District. The PAR must assess rehabilitation alternatives for a 39,000‑sq‑ft, 1957‑built school, comply with state guidelines, and support a CDBG‑funded improvement project. The firm will deliver a draft report (with 50% payment) and a final report (remaining 50%) by the contract expiration of October 31 2027, preferably delivering the draft by June 2027. The award will be made within 60 days of the RFQ issuance, and the contract budget cannot exceed $35,000.
• Scope includes alternatives analysis, cost estimation, community outreach, and final PAR delivery.
• Must be a licensed Montana architect with experience on K‑12 school PARs; three comparable projects and personnel résumés required.
