Mid-Valley Campus Building A & B New Banner Replacement

The scope of work includes the replacement of two vertical canopy fabric systems located at the Mid Valley Campus between Buildings A and B, including the fabric panel facing Building K and the banner facing Border Avenue. The existing canopy fabrics are mounted within the current steel support structure and will be replaced in their entirety. Each canopy assembly measures approximately 11 feet 3 inches in height and 175 feet in total length. The project requires the removal of existing banner materials, fabrication of new banner materials and graphics, and complete installation of the finished banner system. The estimated budget for the project is approximately $40,000.00. Key requirements include: * Replacement of two vertical canopy fabric systems * Removal of existing banner materials * Fabrication of new banner materials and graphics * Complete installation of the finished banner system * Compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws * Provision of insurance coverage * Execution of a contract in the form attached to the RFQ
