Description
The City of Winter Haven is seeking qualified vendors to provide high-quality pool covers for the Rowdy Gaines swimming pools. The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying and delivering the pool covers as per the specifications outlined in the document. The pool covers should meet the detailed specifications, including material, size and fit, safety features, insulation and energy efficiency, drainage, and warranty.
• The vendor should provide 11 pool covers with dimensions 15' x 75' and 4 pool covers with dimensions 15' 3" x 41' 6".
• The vendor should deliver the pool covers within 30 days of receiving the purchase order.
• The vendor should provide references from previous clients and proof of insurance coverage.
• The vendor should comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• The vendor should provide a point of contact to communicate with the City project manager.
