Description
The Liberty Public School District is seeking a qualified contractor to provide foundation underpinning services for Alexander Doniphan Elementary School. The work involves stabilizing a portion of the existing foundation using micro‑piles or resistance piers, with all engineering, permitting, and construction responsibilities assumed by the contractor. The project must be completed either in the July 2026 school break or during the 2026 spring break, and all labor must comply with Missouri prevailing‑wage requirements. No soil borings or concrete removal in front of the main entrance are required. The contract will be awarded on a single‑vendor basis after a sealed‑bid process.
• Scope: design, permitting, excavation, installation of underpinning elements, concrete work, and final close‑out documentation.
