Description
The Department of Information Technology is seeking a Master Contractor to provide Red Hat software renewal for 2026. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to purchase more or less than the specified quantity. The Master Contractor must be an authorized reseller for Red Hat and provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid. The contract will include software maintenance and warranty requirements. The evaluation criteria will be based on the lowest price and other factors.
• The contract is limited to certified small business vendors.
• The Master Contractor must ensure that the proposed COTS software is virus-free.
• The contract will include a detailed description of warranty and maintenance requirements.
• The Master Contractor must provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the Manufacturer or Distributor.
• The contract will include a provision for invoicing and payment.
