RFB - East Park Reservoir Sanitation and Garbage Collection Services

The County of Colusa is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide seasonal sanitation and garbage collection services at East Park Reservoir. The services include twice-weekly cleaning of portable toilets and vault restrooms, periodic pumping of vault tanks, weekly garbage collection, and proper disposal of all waste at legally permitted sites. The contract is expected to commence on July 1, 2026, and remain in effect through June 30, 2029, with the option to extend for two additional one-year terms. • The contractor must be prepared to commence services no later than July 1, 2026. • The contractor must provide all equipment, labor, and materials necessary to perform the services. • The contractor must maintain all necessary licenses, permits, and insurance to perform the services. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes, ordinances, and regulations.
