The Town of Davie, Florida intends to negotiate a single/sole-source procurement for the WRF Expansion Tank Replacement. The Town would contract this procurement with George A. Israel Jr. Inc. Interested firms or individuals may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting in writing their name, address, point of contact, telephone number, email, and a statement regarding capability to provide the specified procurement. • The procurement is for the replacement of the WRF Expansion Tank. • The Town intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of the Town of Davie Code Section 2-323 (b). • Interested firms will be considered only if they respond with clear and convincing documentation that they are capable of meeting or exceeding the requirements stated herein.
