The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support is issuing an IDIQ, firm‑fixed‑price solicitation for the supply of the 2027 Southern Hemisphere influenza vaccine in pre‑filled 0.5 mL syringes (10‑dose packages). The government will issue orders up to a maximum of 4,500 packages (45,000 doses) with a guaranteed minimum of 2,250 packages (22,500 doses), to be delivered by 31 March 2027 to the DLA depot in New Cumberland, PA. The vaccine must be FDA‑approved, ACIP‑recommended, and meet cold‑chain and labeling requirements. Small‑business set‑aside (WOSB) applies.
