Citywide Roof Replacement

The City of Pasadena Public Works Department is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the Citywide Roof Replacement Project. The scope of work includes the removal of existing roofing materials, repair of substructures, installation of new roofing systems, and compliance with applicable building codes and environmental standards of four City-owned buildings.
