Description
The City of Bethel is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide Property Management Services for six residential properties. The selected contractor will be responsible for tenant management, routine property maintenance, complaint and issue resolution, and inspection and reporting. The contract term will be for three years with the possibility of one three-year extension based on satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.
• Tenant management services, including application and screening, move-in and move-out inspections, and rent collection and processing
• Routine property maintenance, including monthly inspections and minor repairs
• Complaint and issue resolution, including responding to tenant concerns and maintaining a complaint/maintenance log
• Inspection and reporting, including providing written inspection reports and notifying the City of any occupancy issues or potential lease violations
