The Salem Housing Authority is seeking bids for the roof replacement at the Ruane Building in Salem, Massachusetts. The project includes the complete roof replacement with new lifetime roof shingles, copper flashings, drip edge, and ridge vent, as well as low slope roof replacement and restoration. The contractor will also be responsible for selecting repair/replacing damaged fascia, gutters, and downspouts as required, and painting the porch and select trim.
