The Los Angeles Unified School District is seeking a qualified supplier to provide a broad range of landscape‑related materials—including various grass and legume seeds, fertilizers, topsoil, compost mixes, clays, sand and crushed granite—on a unit‑rate basis for a 36‑month term. The contract will be awarded to the lowest total purchase cost bidder and will include annual price adjustments tied to CPI. The supplier must meet strict product specifications (purity, germination rates, nutrient composition, and composition percentages), provide appropriate insurance, and comply with small‑business utilization goals. Delivery is FOB Destination with freight charges determined by district‑provided zones. The district will issue a 1 % quarterly rebate on total sales and may apply cash or trade discounts.
