Description
The State of Delaware is seeking a qualified vendor to supply 120 Glock 45 Gen5 MOS8 HGA 9 mm pistols (each with three 17‑round magazines) and associated accessories for the Delaware Capitol Police, with an optional trade‑in program for existing firearms and holsters. The contract also requires the vendor to hold the appropriate federal and state firearms licenses, meet NIJ standards, provide insurance coverage, and submit regular usage and subcontractor reports throughout the contract period.
• Deliver 120 new Glock 45 pistols, Safarivault holsters (115 duty, 20 paddle) and 17‑round magazines.
• Optionally quote pricing for trade‑in of 111 Sig Sauer P320 pistols, 111 Safariland holsters, and 75 Glock G19 pistols.
• Must provide FFL and Delaware firearms license, meet NIJ 0112.03, maintain specified insurance limits, and submit monthly/quarterly reports to [email protected].
