Special Instructions and Soil/Material Testing

The Cobb County Government is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to establish an annual contract for International Building Code (IBC), 2012 Edition, Chapter 17 Special Inspection and Testing Services on an as-requested basis. The services include providing complete inspection and testing services for compliance with contract documents, including soils, asphalt, concrete, masonry, steel, wood, mechanical, and electrical inspections. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to renew for up to two additional years.
