Oberly and Washington Terrace Improvements (Project No. 26005-130)

The City of St. Petersburg is seeking the services of a qualified Architectural/Engineering firm to provide engineering design services for the Oberly and Washington Terrace Improvements project. The project involves improvements to the Oberly and Washington Terrace areas, and the selected firm will be responsible for providing engineering design services. The evaluation criteria for this project include qualifications and experience of the firm and staff, project approach, and business enterprise program outreach and utilization. • The firm must have experience in similar projects and demonstrate technical expertise and capacity to successfully perform the required services. • The firm's proposed methodology for delivering the services will be evaluated, including processes used on similar projects and the approach envisioned for this engagement. • The firm's status as an SBE, MBE, WBE, or combination, and its demonstrated commitment to outreach, inclusion, and utilization of small and minority-owned businesses in performance of the contract will be evaluated.
