Lossing Street Intersection and Sidewalk Improvements – City of Farmington

The City of Farmington is seeking qualified contractors to improve the intersection of Lossing Street and Double Springs Road and to construct new sidewalks along Lossing Street from Double Springs Road to Kimberly Street. The scope includes roadway reconstruction, sidewalk installation, minor signage, and striping. Bidders must submit a sealed bid with a 5 % bid bond or certified check, and all bids are due by the specified deadline. • Intersection reconstruction (grading, paving, drainage) at Lossing St. & Double Springs Rd. • Installation of new concrete sidewalks along Lossing St. from Double Springs Rd. to Kimberly St. • Provision of minor traffic signage and pavement striping as per city specifications. • Required bid bond of 5 % of the total bid amount or a certified check payable to the City. • All plans and specifications are available from the City Business Manager (Melissa McCarville).
