Description
Gwinnett County is seeking quotations for the provision of 10,000 non-woven, laminated grocery tote bags with a front slash pocket, large open main compartment, and 9-inch drop handles. The bags should be 15” H x 13” W x 10” D in size, with a white bag color and black logo color. The imprint method should be 1-color screen printed, and the logo should be printed on the front side of the bag. Vendors should provide a minimum of three references where work of a similar size and scope has been completed.
• The bags should meet the specified dimensions and material requirements.
• The vendor should provide a certification of non-collusion in quote preparation.
• The vendor should provide a sample of the bag within five business days of request.
• The county reserves the right to reject any submittal that does not meet the requirements.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible vendor.
