Sanitary Sewer Improvements – Chateau Dr. to 24th St.

Rogers Water Utilities is seeking qualified contractors to provide all tools, materials, and labor to complete a sanitary sewer improvement project along Chateau Drive to 24th Street in Rogers, Arkansas. The scope includes installing approximately 2,250 linear feet of 12‑inch and 10‑inch PVC sewer mains, constructing manholes, adding service connections, repairing pavement, and providing all associated appurtenances in accordance with the utility’s engineered plans. Bidders must hold a municipal/utility construction license in Arkansas, submit a bid bond of at least 5% of the total bid, and may submit sealed bids in person or online via Central Bidding. The bid opening is scheduled for April 14, 2026, at the utility’s office.
