City of Brandon - Heights Drive Construction Project

The City of Brandon is seeking bids for the construction of Heights Drive. The project scope includes the construction of 1,200 L.F. of asphalt roadway, curb and gutter, storm drain, existing roadway reclamation, pavement marking, and all other associated work required to complete the project. Bidders must be qualified under Mississippi State Law and show Certificate of Responsibility issued by the Mississippi State Board of Public Contractors. The contract time is 60 consecutive calendar days with liquidated damages being $500 per calendar day thereafter. • The project involves the construction of a new asphalt roadway and associated work. • Bidders must be qualified under Mississippi State Law and have a Certificate of Responsibility. • The contract time is 60 consecutive calendar days with liquidated damages for late completion. • The City of Brandon reserves the right to waive any information or irregularities, to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City, or to reject any or all bids.
