FY25 FLEX: Lean Certificate for Healthcare Program

The Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH) is seeking applications for the FY25 FLEX: Lean Certificate for Healthcare Program. The program aims to provide Critical Access Hospitals with technical assistance to improve hospital processes, such as supply management systems, integration of materials management, billing, purchasing, and patient information systems. The successful applicant will develop and implement a Healthcare Lean Certificate Training program based on the six fundamental Lean principles. The program must be based and offered in a central location in Mississippi, and online offerings will not be accepted. The applicant must have at least 20 years of experience in Lean Certificate Programs, 10 years of experience meeting healthcare needs through education and technical assistance, and 10 years of experience working with Mississippi's small, rural, and Critical Access Hospitals. • The program will provide technical assistance to Critical Access Hospitals to improve hospital processes. • The program will be based on the six fundamental Lean principles. • The applicant must have experience in managing grant-funded programs. • The program must be offered in a central location in Mississippi. • Online offerings will not be accepted.
