WI-UPR MS RIV NAT - Custom Air-boat

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking a custom air-boat for law enforcement operations in the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge. The air-boat must be capable of safely traversing shallow and frozen waters, providing year-round access to remote areas. The vessel should have a custom instrument panel, dual heavy-duty batteries, and a Garmin 943 XSV GPS system. The contractor must deliver the air-boat to the specified location in Onalaska, WI. • The air-boat must have a hull constructed of all marine-grade 5086 alloy aluminum. • The vessel must have a custom engine stand, cage, and rudders. • The air-boat should have a nonskid flooring and a propeller guard. • The contractor must provide operational testing, verify all electrical and mechanical systems, and provide manufacturer manuals and warranty documentation.
