Description
The California Highway Patrol is seeking a qualified contractor to provide semi‑annual steam‑cleaning services for the parking‑lot areas at the Cajon Platform Scale facilities on Interstate 15 (both northbound and southbound). The contractor must clean concrete and asphalt surfaces, platform decks, lanes, and inspection bays, handle wastewater disposal, and comply with storm‑water pollution‑prevention and safety regulations. The work will be performed over a three‑year period, delivering a total of twelve service events (six per site).
• Perform semi‑annual steam cleaning of specified parking‑lot surfaces, including pre‑scrubbing where needed.
• Provide all required wastewater disposal documentation and adhere to BMPs, Clean Water Act, and California Water Code.
• Maintain required CSLB C61/D38 licensing, DIR public‑works registration, prevailing‑wage compliance, and insurance limits; no extra charges without written approval.
