The City of North Port intends to award a sole/single source procurement for a City Employee Health Center. The proposed contract action is for product or services for which the City intends to negotiate and award with only one contractor/vendor under the authority of and in accordance with Florida State Statute 287.057(5)(c). The estimated value of the acquisition is $2,362,590.00, and the vendor is My Health Onsite. • The City is not seeking formal submissions, but any responses received will be considered to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement. • The scope of work includes health care management services, including managed care services. • The commodity codes for this procurement include health care management services, furniture for health care, physician's scales, health-related services, medical consulting, building construction for medical purposes, and medical and health care office space rental or lease.
