The State of Arizona Department of Transportation is seeking qualified contractors to demolish three right‑of‑way parcels (7‑12894, 7‑12896, and 7‑12897) located on West Monterosa Street in Phoenix. The work includes complete removal of residential frame homes, attached sheds, patios, driveways, fencing, and any underground utilities, followed by site clean‑up, back‑filling, and delivery of a “crusted dirt lot” condition. Contractors must coordinate utility disconnections, comply with NESHAP asbestos notifications, adhere to OSHA silica controls, and provide all required certifications (Buy‑America, BABA, insurance, bonds, DBE reporting, etc.). The contract term is three months with a possible six‑month extension, and the contractor must begin work within 30 days of award and complete each parcel within a maximum of three weeks.
