Description
The Lake Orion Community Schools is seeking bids for the construction of a new stadium team building. The project is part of the 2018 Bond Program and includes the construction of a team building at the LOCS LOHS stadium. The bid documents are available on the FRS Portal, and a non-mandatory prebid walk-through is scheduled for December 11, 2025. The bid due date is December 18, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. EST.
Some key aspects of the project include:
• The successful contractor must obtain Performance and Payment Bonds for any bid category exceeding $50,000.
• The project is not tax-exempt for state sales tax and/or use tax.
• A sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the owner or employee of the bidder and any member of the board of education or superintendent of Lake Orion Community Schools must accompany each bid proposal.
