Description
The State Board of Higher Education (SBHE) of North Dakota is seeking a vendor to design, implement, and support a comprehensive resource‑sharing and interlibrary loan (ILL) management system that will serve all academic, public, school, special, and state‑agency libraries across North and South Dakota. The solution must integrate with a wide variety of existing library management systems, support full‑featured ILL workflows, catalog integration, reporting, training, and ongoing support.
• Deliver a statewide, cloud‑ or hosted‑based ILL platform that connects libraries in both North and South Dakota.
• Provide integration services with multiple library catalogs and workflow systems, including data migration, testing, and validation.
• Offer training, documentation, and 24/7 technical support for end‑users and library staff throughout the contract term.
