The Johnson County Library is seeking a qualified contractor to bring the Leawood Library courtyard into ADA compliance and improve overall functionality. The work includes drainage modifications, removal and replacement of existing brick paving, addition of new electrical and lighting systems, and general site enhancements to meet modern standards. • ADA‑compliant courtyard upgrades (drainage, grading, surface replacement) • Demolition of existing brick pavement and installation of new, durable paving materials • New electrical conduit, lighting fixtures, and control systems for improved safety and usability • All materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and related expenses are included in the bid scope • Mandatory pre‑bid conference on 12/2/2025; electronic bid submission via IonWave by 12/16/2025
