USNS POINT LOMA Vest Davit Training

The US Navy is seeking a contractor to provide technical services for FMD VestDavit OEM to provide crew training on launch & control procedures, basic maintenance, and safety during the period of performance of 8-12 June 2026 at JEB Little Creek. The contractor shall provide a senior service technical representative experienced with Vest Davit and the EPF Class. The training shall include launch & control procedures, basic operator maintenance procedures, and operator safety instructions. The contractor shall also provide tools and test equipment. • The contractor shall provide a hard copy certificate from DMS VestDavit for every crew member who participates and completes the training. • The contractor shall use references under 2.0 as guidance. • The contractor shall furnish tools and test equipment. • The contractor shall help expedite any emergent material needs to repair equipment as needed in support of the VestDavit DIT.
