Description
The New York City Housing Authority is seeking qualified contractors to execute comprehensive lobby renovations across the Surfside Gardens (SG‑1 through SG‑5) and Coney Island sites. The base scope covers replacement of storefront entrance systems, installation of intercom/key‑fob access, construction of recycling rooms with ventilation and security, decorative art panels, ceiling repairs and lighting upgrades, new exit signage, and security camera installations. Four optional alternates allow for ADA‑compliant mailboxes, floor‑tile finishes, wall‑tile finishes, and additional lighting upgrades. Bids must be submitted electronically via iSupplier by the stated deadline, and all questions must be submitted by early August.
