Description
The project involves the renovation of an RV campground and reconstruction of a primitive campground at Fort Boonesborough State Park. The renovation includes interior restoration of bath houses, picnic shelters, meeting hall, and ranger stations, as well as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing restoration. The project also involves new waterlines, electrical lines, sanitary lines, and repairs to the campground. A site visit is scheduled for 5/12/2026 at 9:00 A.M. Eastern Time.
• The project requires bidders to register in the Commonwealth eProcurement System via the Vendor Self Service (VSS) System.
• Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the eProcurement system.
• The project includes asphalt milling and resurfacing, new gravel roadways, and miscellaneous site repairs.
• The project requires the renovation of two bath houses, three picnic shelters, a meeting hall, and ranger stations.
• The project includes the installation of new electrical platforms and pedestals to each campsite.
