Description
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for a lab upgrade at Building 206 and a breakroom and restroom renovation at Building 233. The project requires the removal and replacement of counters, sinks, and counter-mounted utilities, as well as the installation of new ductless split units and epoxy flooring. The breakroom and restroom renovation includes the removal and disposal of existing fixtures, cabinets, plumbing, and electrical lines, and the installation of new plumbing and electrical fixtures, wall partitions, and accessories. The project also requires asbestos abatement and the installation of new cabinetry, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• The contractor must have a current Washington State business license and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
• The contractor must provide a completed and signed SF 1449, representations and certifications, and a technical proposal.
• The contractor must also provide a bid bond and a performance bond, and must meet the minimum insurance requirements specified in the solicitation.
• The project is expected to take 270 calendar days to complete, and the contractor must submit a payment request and receiving report through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system.
