The State of South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing & Regulation is seeking a vendor to provide a fully‑hosted, web‑based Continuing‑Education (CE) tracking system that will serve dozens of professional licensing boards. The solution must be provided at no cost to the State, support licensee and provider portals, deliver robust reporting, and include live U.S.–based phone support. The contract is a fixed‑price, up‑to‑five‑year award with optional yearly renewals.
• Deliver a SaaS CE tracking platform (hosted in continental U.S.) with 100 % redundancy and <2 % unscheduled downtime.
• Provide customizable dashboards, board‑specific reporting, and API integration for license‑status checks.
• Offer live phone support (8 AM‑6 PM ET) with a 2‑hour response window and conduct a live demonstration for the top three bidders.
• Meet stringent data‑security requirements (encryption at rest/in‑transit, no AI‑training usage, ISO/SOC certifications).
• Supply training for LLR staff and a detailed transition/disengagement plan.
