The Department of Veterans Affairs, through the U.S. Government Publishing Office, is seeking a qualified vendor to produce and deliver 310,000 envelopes of four distinct types for use at the Ernest Childers VA Outpatient Clinic in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The job requires both white #10 envelopes (with and without a window) and kraft envelopes (6.5 × 10.5 in and 11 × 13 in), each printed with the VA logo in Pantone 541 Blue and a six‑line return address. Production may be performed using either conventional offset or high‑resolution digital printing, but the method must be consistent across the entire order.
