Description
The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide aviation fuel supply and servicing for the 2026 Hill AFB Air Show. The contractor will be responsible for providing fuel to civilian static aircraft, including AvGas, JetA, and smoke oil. The contractor will also provide oil and lubricants as needed. The contract will be for a period of 3 days, from June 26-28, 2026. The contractor will be required to work 24 hours a day during this period and provide their own means of communication and safety equipment.
Key responsibilities include:
• Providing fuel and oil to authorized aircraft
• Establishing a system to ensure only authorized aircraft receive fuel
• Recording all fuel transactions
• Coordinating with Hill Air Force Base for safety training and credentials
• Providing 24-hour contact information for POL support
