The Cherokee Nation’s Natural Resources Department is seeking a new, unused high‑lift wheel loader equipped with a suite of attachments for material handling and field work. The supplier must deliver a fully assembled, factory‑warrantied machine that meets or exceeds detailed performance, safety, and environmental specifications, along with specified buckets, grapple, and fork accessories, and provide operator training.
• Provide a current‑production high‑lift wheel loader (≥ 185 hp diesel, Tier 4 Final emissions).
• Include five attachments: general‑purpose bucket, hydraulic grapple rake, flat‑floor bucket, light‑material bucket, and heavy‑duty fork carriage.
• Meet lift‑height requirement of at least 13 ft, offer a ROPS/FOPS‑certified cab, and supply a 12‑month unlimited‑hours warranty (optional extended warranty).
• Deliver fully assembled, serviced, and ready‑to‑operate; provide manuals and on‑site operator familiarization training.
• Bids must be submitted by June 9 2026, 5 PM; Indian Preference (TERO) certification may be submitted for added consideration.
